The pixel group of Prof. R. Wallny works in the field of semiconductor detectors
for high energy particle physics. We participate in the CMS experiment
at the Large Hadron Collider at CERN (Geneva, Switzerland). Our group
plays a leading role in the construction
of the upgraded CMS pixel detector, that will be installed in the LHC
winter shut down in 2016/17. Here one can find possible projects for
semesterarbeiten and master theses as well as the past reports are presented.
